Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Our Customer Service hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 5:00 pm EST.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

These terms are for US customers only. Prices subject to change. You can download a PDF of the Domestic Terms & Conditions HERE.

Minimum Opening Order

Credit card $250. Terms $500. Please note: all new customers must complete application form.

Minimum Reorder

$125. Orders below $100 will have a $25 handling charge.

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Online Resellers

All online resellers are required to complete an Internet Reseller Application with additional terms and conditions.

Inventory (Non-Holiday Season)

Inventory allocated to orders will be held, without payment, for 10 business days from the date the order is received. After the 10 business day timeframe, inventory cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time the order is paid for and ready to ship.

Inventory (Holiday Season)

Inventory allocated to orders will be held, without payment, for 3 business days from the date the order is received. After the 3 business day timeframe, inventory cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time the order is paid for and ready to ship.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service or sales department. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns. Merchandise defects will be accepted for credit if the return is made within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Shortages are to be reported within 10 business days from receipt of order.

Shipping Methods

We will ship via the carrier of your choice as long as they provide service from our location. If no carrier is designated we will choose for you. Most shipments are made by UPS and FED EX.

Invoicing

Details of merchandise and availability are subject to change. If such change affects your order, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled in writing. Cancellation fees may apply.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

These terms are for INTERNATIONAL customers only. Prices subject to change. You can download a PDF of the International Terms & Conditions HERE.

Minimum Opening Order

Credit card $500.

Minimum Reorder

$250. Orders below $250 will have a $25 handling charge.

Payment

Payment must be made in full by credit card prior to the order’s shipment date. We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit Cards are charged when the order is shipped.

Online Resellers

All online resellers are required to complete an Internet Reseller Application with additional terms and conditions.

Orders

Pre-paid orders that have a ship date of 3 months+ from when the order was originally placed will be issued a non-refundable $100 storage fee.

Inventory

Inventory allocated to orders will be held, without payment, for 30 days from the date the order is placed. After the 30 day timeframe, inventory cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability at the time the order is paid for and ready to ship. Please note: this excludes orders placed in November and December as we cannot hold and guarantee inventory during these months.

Shipping

To receive proforma and shipping charges for an order a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This $50 deposit will be deducted from the order total if the original order ships. Proforma and shipping charges will be communicated and confirmed by the buyer in writing before payment for order is made. 7-10 business days is required for orders to be received at the order’s appropriate delivery address and may be subject to change. Please add on these days when placing orders so orders may arrive on time.

Invoicing

If any change affects your order, you will be notified before your order is processed.
